Open Access Update

Open AccessOpen Access is gaining transaction not only in governmental policies and legislation but business models for publishers as well. In the past year alone, Elsevier has more than doubled the number of open access journals it publishes, to 39. Further details are provided in The Economist’s article Free-for-all.
