Published by AAAS, it is “designed to bridge the gap between the mutually dependent "cultures" of science and government”. Initially the book contributes background information on congressional organization and the legislative process, as well as the communication strategies that can be applied. This guide also “presents a list of the top ten rules for working with Congress” and provides effective ways to engage in the policy process.
