NCAR Scientists Participate in Chasing Ice Documentary

Tune in to the National Geographic channel on Friday, April 19th, 8pm (EST) to view the acclaimed documentary Chasing Ice. World renowned environmental photographer, James Balog, is featured as he demonstrates the impact of the Earth's changing climate on global glaciers. NCAR scientists, Gerry Meehl and Synte Peacock, participate as members of the cast and provide scientific support to the documentary. The film will also be available for worldwide viewing on Saturday, April 20th in 171 countries.
